Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah

I was HHonors upgraded to a suite - which was comfortable and spacious with a large jetted tub, shower, and a separate living room with its own half-bath. The property is a short distance from all of the shopping and dining attractions in Issaquah - and convenient access to the highway. Beautifully maintained property and friendly staff.

We stayed the night for a medical treatment and they made our stay very welcoming. LeeAnn in the restaurant was a wonderful person to see and was very helpful. Alo the blackberry and brie burger was awesome. Never tried anything like that before ,but I'm looking forward to getting back because it was so good! Compliments to the chef..

This is my favorite and only place I stay when I'm visiting in Issaquah. It's close to the freeway and shopping but tucked back away near an open area so it's quiet. The staff are very nice. The restaurant for dinner is very good and the server, Leeann is awesome! She always gives above and beyond and makes you feel like a friend. The rooms are nice, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The only downside is the last few times I stayed there the hot tub wasn't working. I highly recommend staying here!

We were in town because my partner was doing a Dirtfish Rally School all day class in Snoqualmie and Hilton Garden Inn is listed as one of their lodging partners. When we called about the discount information we spoke to Johnathan who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were also excited that the hotel has a hot tub! The hotel didn’t disappoint. I’m not sure if we reserved a suite or if we were upgraded to a suite, but our room was awesome and spacious! I felt comfortable the whole weekend we spent there. Our room also had a jacuzzi tub in it which I thoroughly enjoyed! I was a big fan of the products they used (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), no harsh chemicals and they all smelled really good. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the toilet paper. All of the staff we encountered were great. It was refreshing to experience great customer service. If we ever need to stay in the area again we would definitely come back.

Room needed a little more cleaning for the price they charge. Balcony is nice with at least 2 seats available. Ample parking. Friendly staff. accessible. Shopping centers near by. Multiple banks are near this hotel such as Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo. East access to highway.

Clean room. Good location. Nice workout area . Pool was good but the Jacuzzis wasn't working and that was the whole reason we booked this location. After a long hike up rattlesnake ledge hubby wanted a hot jacuzzi so that was a bit of a bummer and while doing laundry they were down one dryer so took me forever to do laundry. Other then that good stay I think one of the best things about this hotel. In particular, is checkout is at noon. We've never stayed at a hotel where checkout was not at ten or eleven o'clock in the morning to get that extra hour really means a lot The breakfast was a little bit confusing. I didn't realize it was by menu paid buffet, so got me a little bit confused, but it's okay.We figured it out The cleaning ladies did start work early and had slammed the door twice. It wouldn't have been so bad, but baby got woken up after a very restless night cut into my sleeping time in the morning.. but really, other than all of that this was a very pleasant stay very affordable in a safe neighborhood.I would do it again in a heartbeat

Always stay in the Garden Inn, or the Homewood next door, I assume it’s the same owner. Either way, lately it’s been the Garden Inn, and the service has always been top notch. There’s a woman, I also assume, the manager, in the lobby of the Garden Inn, in the mornings, that is so incredibly attentive to her guests, chats with everyone, knows what you’re looking for, and makes it happen for you, at her pleasure, truly a person of hospitality! I attempted to get a look at her name tag, but felt a bit Awkward, trying to see it; to called her out in this review by name, I would assume, who ever matters, knows who she is. I will continue to stay at Hilton brands, simply because of her and others like her!

Seemed like an old hotel converted or just old, central air would have been nice. Needed new pillows, no amenities except coffee from the restaurant which was very good. Helpful staff at restaurant highlight of stay
